Troubleshooting Guide:

  • Ensure Wi-Fi connectivity when scanning the eSIM
  • Disable other SIMs and any VPN (if applicable); ensure phone is not in airplane mode
  • Enable data roaming (Android: select all networks)
  • Ensure mobile data is sourced from our SIM and wait at least 10 minutes for activation; refrain from altering mobile settings
  • Configure APN to "mobile.three.com.hk" if not set automatically
  • Network operator should be automatically selected
  • Restart your phone or toggle airplane mode if needed
  • For dropouts, toggle the eSIM line on/off
  • Verify eSIM installation in mobile network settings; avoid deleting the eSIM
  • Accidentally deleted eSIMs may incur a $10 AUD charge for QR code reset, which may take up to 24 hours
